Jason and Nicole Stein are part of the husband-and-wife team of owners behind our salon, united by a shared mission: to build a business where people come first.

Nicole, a former elementary school teacher, has always been driven by a passion for helping others grow and feel valued. Her love for positive impact naturally evolved into creating a salon environment where every guest feels cared for and every team member feels supported. She believes a great salon should uplift everyone who walks through the door—stylists, staff, and clients alike.

Jason brings a strong background in Accounting and Finance, holding a master’s degree and years of experience as an entrepreneur & in big business. He believes that people are the backbone of every successful business. With that philosophy, he works to ensure the salon is structured for long-term stability, opportunity, and growth for the entire team.

Together, Jason and Nicole are committed to building a salon that gives back; one that rewards hard-working employees, fosters creativity and success, and serves as a true asset to the community.
